Christopher Flora is the owner of Home Sweet Settled Home LLC and a lifelong Coloradan. After more than two years providing handyman services through a national home services marketplace, Christopher saw the opportunity to build something more personal—serving homeowners throughout Erie and the surrounding communities with the same reliability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that earned the trust of hundreds of customers.

A licensed Colorado architect with more than 20 years of experience, Christopher brings a designer's eye and a craftsman's mindset to every project. Whether he's mounting a television, assembling furniture, repairing drywall, or completing a homeowner's punch list, he approaches each job with precision, thoughtful planning, and genuine pride in a job well done.

Over the past 15 years, as he remodeled his own home, finished basements, built organizational systems, and tackled countless home improvement projects for family and friends, Christopher discovered that his greatest satisfaction comes from working with his hands and helping others create homes that feel finished, functional, and welcoming.

His personal mission is simple: to bring order in the midst of chaos. Whether that means completing a long-overdue repair, installing the finishing touches in a new home, or helping a family finally cross everything off their to-do list, his goal is to leave every home a little more settled than when he arrived.
